This Sales & Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which we sell, process, and, if necessary, refund our furniture and décor products.
By purchasing from www.blankspace-design.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Sales Policy
- All sales made through the Blank Space website or authorized representatives are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and acceptance of these policies.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
- Products sold under custom, made-to-order, or bulk purchase categories are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Order Confirmation
- Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order details.
- This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — the order is processed once full payment is received and verified.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable for unforeseen reasons.
- In such cases, the full payment amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
3. Payment Terms
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via secure payment gateways.
- Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Direct Bank Transfers.
- For wholesale or B2B clients, payment terms are mutually agreed upon in writing.
- Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation.
- Blank Space is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway or bank-related issues.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet entered production or dispatch.
- To request a cancellation, email us at care@blankspace-design.com with your order ID.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Returns & Refunds
We take great care in inspecting every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- Damage claims must include clear photos/videos for verification.
Once approved:
- A replacement or repair will be arranged depending on product availability.
- In case a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are not applicable on customized, made-to-order, or clearance sale items.
- Minor variations in wood grain, finish, or color are natural and not considered defects.
6. Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale or bulk orders are confirmed only after receipt of an official purchase order and payment confirmation.
- Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Any issues or damages in bulk shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to manufacturing defects verified by Blank Space’s quality team.
7. Refund Method
- All approved refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
- Refunds to credit cards or online payment methods may take up to 10–14 working days, depending on your bank’s processing timeline.
- Blank Space will notify you once the refund has been processed.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture.
- Clearance and discounted sale items.
- Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use by the customer.
- Products altered, repaired, or modified after delivery.
9. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds, both parties agree to resolve it amicably through discussion.
If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
